Biodiversity islands in human-dominated systems

Transitioning the world’s pivotal natural resource supply chains to sustainability

We collaborated with Terrasos, a front-runner Colombian company marketing Biodiversity Credits between September 2024 and January 2025, to strengthen their biodiversity monitoring strategies. As part of this project, we examined their biodiversity monitoring methods and identified components with high likelihood of demonstrating measurable biodiversity gains in a tropical dry forest.

As a result of this collaboration, we trained the Terrasos team on the field on the selected monitoring methodologies and delivered a final report entitled “Consultancy for Strengthening Biodiversity Monitoring in Habitat Banks.”
